Thus, it is essential that the person communicates in their own language. In order to be able to communicate effectively, a person must have an understanding of both the local and the international dialects.

    Different cultures, though similar in many ways, have different cultural perspectives, and differences in culture shape how a person communicates.A person should be aware of these differences and be able to take their own points of view into consideration when engaging in discussions. For example, if the person and the people they are talking to are used to being responsible for their own actions, it is likely that the person will be less receptive to the person who doesn't have that freedom.

    Cultural sensitivity is an important part of teaching people how to use their native language correctly. This is because there are many meanings that can be attached to certain words, and proper use of language is an important way to communicate. Some people can read social and cultural situations very well, but it takes a person who is socially and culturally sensitive to properly interpret them.
